Ryan did an amazing job on my shower cubicle that had been leaking for quite a while. He came along and gave a straight forward not too costly solution. As can be seen from the photos he took a rather sad looking shower cubicle to a restored thing of beauty. He also blocked up my windy and soot filled chimney so well that I'm sitting and looking at this very smooth walled centre piece of my lounge waiting for me to hang a beautiful picture on. Excellent job well done. I've given him 5 stars as they don't have 6 unfortunately. I highly recommend everything about him from his very professional work habits to his polite and positive demeanor. He arrived when he said he would and worked in a very tidy non intrusive way.

Ryan was great - I am not easily pleased but he was polite, worked really quickly and didn’t disrupt anything in the garden. Result looks great and I will definitely use him again.

Ryan completed a very complicated job for me in my home. It was a large chimney breast removal with the stack reaching over 3 meters in width in the loft at its widest point as well as the knocking through of a recessed front door and building a newly shaped front opening. From the start, out of all the builders I called around for a quote, Ryan was the only one who went into the loft and looked in detail at the job at hand and he went away and priced the job broken down element by element. In addition to this, he advised I get structural drawings to give to the council as an oversight by the building regulations officer at the Coventry city council meant they granted me the approval to proceed without even looking at the chimney. This is where Ryan then advised I alert the council of their oversight and to go back to them with structural drawings to be signed off due to the complicated nature of the job, not being a straight forward traditional slim chimney, and this would also cover me against any future sign-off issues etc. All other builders simply gave me a quotation on the spot and didn't even bother to go into the loft, instead just assuming the width of the chimney would be standard size (which it wasn't and from the structural engineering drawings I got from Ryan's suggestion, they meant custom steels had to be fitted with extra brackets). I'm certain another builder would've done half a job due to their initial negligence in giving a thorough inspection before a quotation was given). Still living in the house whilst work was carried out, he ensured everything was covered with tarp and kept a clean working environment making it possible to live-in whilst work was happening. From his punctuality to his expertise and quality workmanship, Ryan was a fantastic builder and by no means a typical "Jack the Lad" type workman. Any additions which were needed, Ryan was honest and upfront as every penny cannot be accounted for accurately in the initial quotation (common sense) and so a final account of any extras was given for me to pay Ryan at the end however Ryan's honesty and up-front nature means he is a very trustworthy workman who will give all explanation/evidences/justifications if/when required. Would 100% recommend.

Highly recommended. Ryan did an initial site visit to discuss the job and then provided a very detailed quote. On the day, he immediately knew what to do when faced with an unexpected issue underground and just got on and fixed the problem. He is an absolute grafter and the quality of his work is excellent. Great communication throughout the job. Ryan and Dave worked really hard and left everything very tidy. l am so pleased with the work that has been completed and have rebooked him to do some landscaping.

We have worked with Ryan at RM Property Services several times for work in and outside our home. When initially contacting Ryan about this job he was able to show us pictures of his previous work with clear explanations of what is involved. This, along with his previous work at our home, gave us reassurance and the confidence to engage him again. Ryan did an excellent job on our driveway, paving and front garden landscaping. He was polite, friendly, hardworking and took real pride in the quality and standard of his work. From initial contact, right through to completion Ryan responded to any queries we had and addressed issues swiftly. Ryan is to be commended for his attention to detail and willingness to go over and above. The work was completed in a timely manner, to a very high standard and pricing was good. We also learnt a lot from him as he answered our questions on the different stages, materials and processes with patience. Right from the start RM were punctual arrived on time to assess the job work content produced a competitive quote and a work schedule. RM once engage arrived when they said they would and worked hard to maintain planned progress quickly resolved problems and was pleasant through the project finished on time. The workmanship was of high quality. Very professional and good to work with I would definitely employ RM again and recommend them to anyone.
